Reminders: March DNC Meeting Deadlines

Dear DNC Member,

We wanted to remind you of a few key dates as we approach the March DNC Meeting from Thursday, March 10th - Saturday, March 12th, 2022  at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, DC. 

Room Block Deadline Coming Up

Rooms are available at the Washington Hilton. If you would like to book a room, please click here. The cutoff date to book a room in the DNC block has been extended to Sunday, February 20th. 

Schedule of Meetings

You can find the tentative schedule for the March DNC Meeting here. This schedule has been slightly updated since our 30-day mailing. Please note that the agenda is subject to change, and if changes are made, we will communicate that to Members as soon as we can.   

Register for Caucuses and Councils 

As a reminder, each of the DNC Regional and Constituency Caucuses as well as the DNC Councils will be holding elections in Washington, DC. If you would like to be considered a member of a Constituency Caucus and or Council, and have not already done so, you can fill out the form here. 

All DNC Members must be registered with the respective caucus and council at least 21 days prior to the start of the DNC meeting to be eligible to vote in Washington, DC. The registration deadline is Thursday, February 17th.  Caucuses are composed only of DNC Members who share the inherent or immutable traits which define the caucus. Councils are open to DNC Members and members of the public.
