Update on DNC Candidate Forum at Georgetown University

Dear DNC Member, 

We are emailing to provide you with updates to today’s DNC Candidate Forum at Georgetown University. As a reminder, the forum will occur in Gaston Hall which is on the third floor of the Healy building on Georgetown’s campus. 

We want to reiterate that in order to ensure we have adequate space for DNC members and Georgetown students, we cannot guarantee guest admittance to the Chair’s forum for non-DNC members or Georgetown students. 

However, depending on capacity, we will release any remaining seats beginning at 7:15 pm for the Chair’s forum. These would be first come, first serve and will not be released before 7:15 pm. We will have a line at the check in area for folks interested in these potential seats. You will need to show a photo ID. 

Guests interested in attending should enter through the main entrance at Gaston Hall. All speakers and non-credentialed DNC members will go through the doors (A) up the stairs into Campus Ministry Hall to check in. Guests requiring accessibility accommodations will be directed to the left of the building to access the elevators (C). Please note, the main entrance to the building requires people to walk up three sets of stairs to enter Gaston Hall. Guests who are only planning on attending one or all of the other candidate forums and not the Chair’s race, please let the registration table know that when you arrive. 

We will have shuttles running from the Gaylord Resort starting at 2:00 pm ET for Members. Your DNC Member credential is required to get on the bus and into the forum. DNC Members will have their own dedicated entrance at the front door of the Healy Building.
