[PLEASE READ] Voting Information for the Party Officer Elections

Dear DNC Members,

We wanted to send this email with some important instructions ahead of the General Session Meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m. in the Maryland Ballroom.

DNC Members will need to check-in at the DNC Member Table outside of the Maryland Ballroom to receive their voting materials. If you have not already registered for the meeting and received your “DNC Member Credential” you’ll also be able to do that there. The check-in table will open at 7:00 a.m. and you will be asked to show an ID.

We recommend that members arrive early and allow plenty of time to pass through Security.

We have previously sent you a voting guide for the Officer Elections which you can find here, as well as a brief video about the elections here. You can also find the slide deck referenced in the video here.

All votes for the elections will take place via paper ballots. Each Member will be given stickers with their name and a unique code (i.e. “QWA”) to place on each ballot. The purpose of the stickers is to add an additional layer of verification while speeding up the counting process.

If you are holding a proxy, you will need to pick it up at the Proxy Table located inside the ballroom.

Lastly, there are 450 certified voting DNC Members representing a total number of 446 votes.

As always, please reach out to PartyAffairs@dnc.org and SecretaryOffice@dnc.org with any questions.

Thank you,

Secretary’s Office and Office of Party Affairs
Democratic National Committee
