Join our DNC Native Caucus for a DNC Native American Heritage Month and Post-Election Wrap Up event TONIGHT at 6pm ET.

We’ll hear from co-authors, Dr. Gabriel R. Sanchez and Dr. Raymond Foxworth, of the Brooking Institute article published last week, Native Americans support Democrats over Republicans across House and Senate races. They will provide us with their valuable insight into findings specific to Native American voters. 

Earlier this month, DNC Chair Harrison and DNC Native Caucus Chair Clara Pratte issued a joint statement on Native American Heritage Month recognizing that “Native American Heritage Month is also a time for celebrating the progress we’ve made and uplifting the hard work of those in the community.” We hope you will join us for this celebratory event

How to Help in the Georgia Runoff

Thanks to the work of countless volunteers in Georgia and across the country, we are on the verge of re-electing Reverend Warnock to the U.S. Senate. But we’re not there yet. In order to be successful on December 6th we need YOU to take action - knocking on doors and making phone calls, helping to organize communities across the state, and protecting the vote. There’s a place for everyone on Team Warnock and so many ways you can help.

Dec 2: Last day of early vote 

Dec 6: Election Day

• Meeting Communities Where They Are: Through both digital and print ads, the DNC was able to reach voters throughout the country on issues from abortion rights to community priorities. With great messengers like Chris Paul and Kerry Washington, we worked to make sure everyone understood that their rights were on the ballot.

• On-the-Ground Support: The DNC and Coalitions Team worked to support states with "boots on the ground" through early investments, from funding constituency-based directors in several different states to hosting a Campaign Readiness Project bootcamp, focused around recruiting, training, and placing in battleground states staff who are bi-lingual Spanish/English speakers.

• Translation: DNC’s Translation Assistance Program helped state parties translate voter registration and voter education materials into 28 languages.

• Community Engagement Grants: Thanks to the DNC’s Community Engagement Grant initiative, we were able to work with partner organizations and leaders in 12 states, providing community stakeholders and small grassroots organizations with resources to register, engage, and educate voters across the country. From events with drag queens to educating students on campuses, the DNC worked to make sure that folks on the ground had the resources that they needed!
