WebEx is used by DA leaders for a wide range of use cases, from hosting discussions, training, meetings, or for larger webinar events.

Course Content

The WebEx Moderating, Advanced Meeting Tools, and Management Training is designed to supplement the entry-level Level-1 Host Certification Training to build and deepen the skill set of DA Leaders to run more effective on-line meetings. The training is tailored to specific user group needs, and can include:

• Navigating screen layout and shared file views

• Co-host and supporting roles

• Combined in-person and remote meetings

• Breakout sessions

• Webinar event meetings

• Naming conventions

• WebEx Lobby

• Back-channel communication

• WebEx Polls

• Live-streaming to YouTube or Facebook Live

• Planning ahead
