Total Calls Made YTD 2020 – Jan to June


> 144,500 TOTAL Calls Made by DA Calling Volunteers

61,300 made during April and May 2020
60,250 made in June 2020

Great progress for just the first half of 2020, (compares with 154,000 total calls made in all of 2018), but keep in mind that we have over 170,000 members. So we still haven’t yet made as many calls as we have members.  It can take several call tries to reach some of our members.

Over 2000 average calls per day durning June 2020

Almost 9000 calls made on one-day peak on Sun, 14 June

  • 2113 DA Calling Volunteers – Current Activated CallHub Agents

  • 880 New Agents – Calling Volunteers who have joined in 2020

  •  316 New Agents in June – Calling Volunteers who joined just this last month

  •  172 Callers on 14 June – Calling Volunteers who made calls just on 14 June 2020

Call Disposition for Calls in June

  • 22% Answer

  • 29% Left_Message

  • 42% No_Answer 
     => Over 50% Call-Connection Rate (Answer + Left_Message)

57 running Ballot Request campaigns active at the end of June

35 Countries requested a local CC calling campaign

115 different CC-level Ballot Request Campaigns built since March 2020

Over 60 local CallerID numbers tested and configured


Country Committee Campaign Progress – end of June

5 CCs – Fully called-through entire membership list Campaign
Israel, Hungary, UAE, Italy, Philippines

12 CCs – Have Met 15% minimum Membership Calling Goal

Austria, Australia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, Germany, Guatemala, Spain, Sweden, Singapore, and – one of the newest campaigns, just set up in June – Colombia!

Note: Canada, France, and the UK opted to divide up their calling campaigns into targeted state or Chapter level lists – and have each achieved overall calling rates of at least 15%.
