REPORT OF THE CHARTER RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE (April 2019)

A report on the corrections incorporated into the DPCA Charter as part of a comprehensive reconciliation review of Charter versions since 2011 thru 2018.

The Charter Reconciliation Committee (CRC) was formed in March 2019 to review Charter versions and to propose corrections conforming its text to what had been adopted by the Democratic Party Committee Abroad (DPCA). International Chair Julia Bryan appointed International Counsel Tom Schmid (Japan) as CRC Chair and Merrill Oates (Hungary) and Ada Shen (France) as CRC members.
