Schedule for Membership Certification
& Country Committee Compliance 2024
January 31 - 11:59 PM Hawaii Time - the deadline for CCs to complete cleanup efforts for membership list capture
February 1 - the IT team will create a capture of your country membership list
February 3 - by February 10th, the International Secretary will have sent you your membership count along with the membership certification form
February 20 - all membership certification forms are due
February 20 - a copy of the latest version of CC bylaws is due, with amendments or changes noted
June 30 - CC deadline to hold AGM
AGM Date + 15 days - Deadline to submit AGM minutes and any NEC reports

Use the Membership Count File to look up your number to fill in on the Certification Form.

2025 Vote Allocation
The 2025 Vote Allocation will be calculated and available here after the February 20 certification date has passed.
