DA Plans for supporting ERA

Democrats Abroad has agreed to partner with Equal Means Equal (www.equalmeansequal.org) to help get one of the 13 remaining states to ratify the ERA.   The activities will include contacting state legislature representatives and constituents in these states.    

There is a possibility that the Supreme Court could rule that the amendment must be re-ratified by Congress and all 50 states.  Although that is not likely, if it were to happen then DA would work to help in all 50 states.
