Problem
Meeting participant would like to access a recorded WebEx meeting.
Solution
Meetings must be specifically recorded during the meeting to be available later.
- Recorded meetings are stored on the WebEx Server.
- Links to both streaming and downloadable files are available from your WebEx administrator.
- Please specify the date and topic of your meeting in your request.
- A link for both download and streaming files will be sent to you.
To playback WebEx files downloaded files (.arf extension) install the webex player for your system. The players can be found here: http://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html
