Agent Instructions, Call Dispositions, Survey Questions for CC CallHub "Ballot Request -Spring 2020" campaigns

    • Updating member Voting Data in CallHub Campaigns.

It is very important that all Calling Agents review and follow this document when making calls so that we can get accurate call reports and correctly update membership records.
