Secretary of State offices are the general point of contact for UOCAVA voters who have specific questions about voter registration laws and voting implications. Remember that there is no impact on a voter for participating in a federal election (Senator, Representative, Vice President, President) - but State elections (like Governor) do have residency and tax implications for voters in some states.
