Tags added to member records in NB when Agents complete Survey Questions in a CallHub call.

(Note: Tags are generated by NB Survey Questions within the Call Campaign, and do not need to be set in the Campaign Admin.)

  • activated-callhub-agent
    (a member who has signed up to be a CallHub Calling Agent, and will see active Campaigns once logged in to CallHub.)
  • 2020 CHub Registered Voter
    (voter has indicated they are already Registered in their home state)
  • 2020 CHubVerify- [CHubCampaign] 
    (member Answered call via CallHub)
  • 2020 CHub Email Follow-up Needed
    (Agent indicates that member is not yet registered to vote, and may need follow-up help in voting from abroad.)

  • 2020 CHub Phone Follow-up Needed
    (member requested or needs personal follow-up for help in voting from abroad – Member also Flagged for Follow-up within 2-weeks in NB record.)

  • 2020 CHubVerify- Update Info
    (new contact info, such as e-mail, has been entered into CallHub survey forms, and needs to be updated in NB)
    –> triggered if Agent indicates that they entered new info into member data update forms

  • 2020 CHubVerify- DataCorrect
    (agent selects Survey indicating that Voter Data is Correct as listed)

  • 2020 CHubVerify- Email Verified
    (member has confirmed that e-mail address is correct via CHub survey response)

  • 2020 CHubVerify- Opt-In
    (member confirmed that it is OK to continue to be contacted in the future by DA)
  • 2020 CHubVerify- Contact Refused
    (member does not want to be called again by DA: set Do Not Call)

  • 2020 CHubVerify- Delete
    (member should be permanently Deleted from the database)
