Attached is a new "deluxe" version of the card. It has two new features, as should be indicated in the SAMPLE file.
1) You can add the country name under the DA logo
2) It allows for two lines in the bold font for titles or country names whether or not you want to put the country in the red bar.
Note: if you do not fill one of the boxes, it will simply be left blank
