Course Content

The WebEx Moderating, Advanced Meeting Tools, and Management Training is designed to supplement the entry-level LEVEL Level-1 Host Certification Training to build and deepen the skill set of DA Leaders to run more effective on-line meetings. The training is tailored to specific user group needs, and can include:

• Navigating screen layout and shared file views

• Co-host and supporting roles

• Name changes & naming conventions

• The WebEx lobbyCombined in-person and remote meetings

• Breakout sessions

• Webinar event meetings

• Naming conventions

• WebEx Lobby

• Back-channel communication
