How to schedule a meeting, event or webinar:

CHECK THE CALENDARS FIRST

  1. Do you think this should be” sponsored” at the Global Level?
  2. Schedule it on Webex ASAP (there is a 1 week lead time for this, see below)
  3. Email Julia Bryan and ask about the possibility of presenting it at the global level
  4. If it becomes a Global level Webinar, cancel the webex session.
    Global Caucus level Webinars (requires 1 week lead time):
  5. Schedule the Webinar on the wiki at https://wiki.democratsabroad.org/display/WebEx
  6. Put “Webinar: Global xxx Caucus – Webinar Title”
    (i.e., “Webinar: Global AAPI Caucus – A chat with Amy Tan”)
  7. Email the Webex Team: webex@democratsabroad.org & cc me: karen@democratsabroad.org
    Make sure you ask them to set it up as a webinar
    Global Caucus Zoom Account:Please go to https://doodle.com/mm/1609924727/daglobalcaucusesbe a Global Event?
    1. Fill out the Global Events Form here: DA Event Form
    2. If this is only approved for a caucus level event, your event will be scheduled on Zoom and the events coordinator will be in touch.
  8. Zoom Meeting:
    1. Use this link to book a time. If your preferred time is not available please email the Events Team.

    2. Book the time you want.
    3. You will get the Zoom link within 24 hoursautomatically.
    4. The meeting will appear automatically on the Global Calendar.

  9. Webex Meeting
    1. Go to the Webex Page for scheduling.
