• Someone who has used WebEx in other capacities, e.g. professionally, but not as a Certified WebEx Host with Democrats Abroad

• Use the sign-up form to sign up for an upcoming WebEx LEVEL Level-1 DA Host Certification training session

• Let us know in the indicated field how you anticipate using WebEx for hosting your meetings

• A Democrats Abroad Certified WebEx Host in the past

• Currently a certified Host, but have not used WebEx to host 2 or more meetings in the last calendar year

• Utilizing other meeting platforms, especially in a more advanced capacity (30+ participants, breakout rooms, etc.)

• Use the sign-up form to sign up for an upcoming WebEx LEVELLevel-1 DA Host Certification training session as a refresher

• Let us know in the indicated field how you anticipate using WebEx for hosting your meetings

• Schedule a sandbox meeting in WebEx to get re-acclimated to the program and new features

If you are…

… then you should:

• Currently a DA WebEx Certified Host, and took your certification course within the three years

• Someone who has hosted at least 2 WebEx meetings in the last calendar year

• Someone who wants to learn more about the advanced features of WebEx meetings

• Planning for a larger membership meeting or a Webinar-type broadcast Webinar event

• Use the sign-up form to indicate you are interested in taking the LEVELLevel-2 DA WebEx training session

• Sign up for an upcoming LEVELLevel-1 DA WebEx Host Certification training session if you think it a refresher training would be beneficial

• Schedule a sandbox meeting in WebEx to get re-acclimated to the program and new features

• Contact us to set up an appointment to go over certain features you’d like to master quickly for an upcoming meeting you plan to host. It is also recommended to invite those helping you facilitate your meeting to attend this session for the most productive review.
