1. Do you think this should be a Global Event?
   • Schedule it on Webex or Zoom ASAP (there is a 1 week lead time for this, see below)
   • Fill out the Global Events Form here: DA Event Promotion Form
   • If it becomes a Global level Webinar, cancel the pre-booked session.
     
     
2. Global Caucus level Webex Webinars (requires 1 week lead time):
   1. Schedule the Webinar on the wiki at https://wiki.democratsabroad.org/display/WebEx
   2. Put “Webinar: Global xxx Caucus – Webinar Title”
      (i.e., “Webinar: Global AAPI Caucus – A chat with Amy Tan”)
   3. Email the Webex Team: webex@democratsabroad.org & cc me: karen@democratsabroad.org
      Make sure you ask them to set it up as a webinar
      
      
3. Global Caucus level Zoom Webinars (requires 1 week lead time and is dependent on Global approval):
   1. Check the /wiki/spaces/CommsResource/pages/931760630 for availability
   2. Fill out the DA Event Promotion Form to get the webinar booked.
4. Global Caucus Zoom Account:
   1. Use one of these 2 links this link to book a time. If your preferred time is not available on one, please try the other!please email Karen.

   2. Book the time you want.
   3. You will get the Zoom link within 24 hours.
