- EMAILS:
- ALL email blasts (mass mailings) must be sent from Nation Builder.
- This includes: Monthly newsletters, event announcements, sub-group meeting announcements - ANYTHING that is not a response to an individual member question or email.
- WHY: This ensures that emails are only sent to current members, and not people who have changed their minds about membership - in DA, or your caucus.
- As much as possible, write and/or reply to individual members from their member record in the database.
If you must reply outside the database, try to use a DA address., Some programs will allow you to set up your info-*@democratsabroad.org email address as a sending identity.
If you cannot do this, try to clearly identify your DA role in your Sender name, and in any case make sure you identify who you are in your email signature. - If you receive replies from members in your own mailbox, delete the replies once they are no longer needed.
