DPCA Resolutions for Review in 2025
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO A MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT OF REMAINING RESOLUTIONS AT THE 2025 AGM, the following Resolutions will be on the agenda: R9, 10, 12,24, 8, 22, and 23. Please see the report for more details about each Resolution.
For the RESOLUTIONS portion of the meeting Aug 17: we will pick up where we left off - and follow a similar pattern as we did in June => 15 min per resolution, the author will speak first and this will be followed by 1 min alternating pro/con comments & questions.

The Final Report is attached here for review as part of your preparations for the Annual Global Meeting. This updated document below includes all the co-sponsors (as of the June 3 deadline) and will be sent to DPCA voting representatives the day before the AGM .
NOTE: The deadline for co-sponsoring has now passed.

Here is the Timeline for the Resolutions Process:
Resolutions are due to the Resolutions committee on Wednesday, May 7th 2025, 30 days before the 2025 Global Meeting on June 6th.
Town Halls will be hosted by the Resolutions Committee between May 11th and May 18th.
All comments and or edits should be submitted on or before May 19, 2025 by 23:59pm US eastern time (current WDC time) to allow the committee 2 days for final report and resolutions packet creation.
Resolutions were distributed to the DPCA body on Thursday, May 22nd 2025, 15 days before the 2024 Global Meeting. Updated copies with final co-sponsor list will be distributed before the AGM.
