2026 Event Request Form

Planning a caucus event or an event with an elected official? Want to schedule an event with a candidate? Here’s the process.

Fill out the 2026 Events Form (below).

This form is for you to request speakers and schedule your event.

• Speaker Requests

  • must be submitted no later than 3 weeks before the event

  • the Events team will assist you in contacting your speaker of choice.

  • If the speaker is an elected official, a member of the sitting judiciary, a candidate for office, or a famous person, your request for an event must be approved by the International Chair.

Any questions about your speaker, approvals, or other issues will be shared with you by the Events team.

• If you personally know the speaker

  • be sure to indicate that on the form

You will receive a copy of your request and the Events team will be in touch about all further steps, including:

• Date and Time of event

• Graphics

• Communications with your speaker

Please note that all events should have a purpose and goals that you can explain in the form.
