2025 Charter Committee Reports
A first Preliminary Report was issued May 23, 2025.
A second Preliminary Report issued June 5 reflects the following additions:
Co-sponsor names have been added to each Charter Amendment Proposition (as applicable)
Additional Charter Committee commentary has been added to reflect feedback on Charter Amendment Proposition 7
Charter Amendment Proposition 15 has been withdrawn by the amendment author.
The final Committee report was issued July 8, 2025 following the AGM, which includes the final language of any amendments as passed, the final dispositions of submitted amendment propositions, and notable commentary from the Charter session of the AGM itself.
