Kamala and I will restore Roe v. Wade and make it once again the law of the land. Donald Trump will ban abortion nationwide,’ Biden said. … A nationwide ban is only possible because Trump himself appointed three of the Supreme Court justices who overturned Roe—a fact he has repeatedly boasted about.”

On his social media platform Truth Social in mid-September he took credit for appointing three conservative Supreme Court justices during his term who later joined with the majority of the court to overturn the Roe v.
