INVITATION: Child Tax Credit Simplified Filing Portal Launch Event - Wednesday 5/11/22

Please join the White House, the U.S. Department of Treasury, Code for America, state, local, tribal, and territorial leaders, and non-profit, faith-based, and philanthropic organizations for the launch of the Child Tax Credit (CTC) simplified filing portal, an online tool that will help families access thousands of dollars made possible by the American Rescue Plan.

During the convening, you will hear from American Rescue Plan Coordinator Gene Sperling, White House Director of Intergovernmental Affairs Julie Rodriguez, officials from the U.S. Department of Treasury, Code for America CEO Amanda Renteria, and other state, local and non-profit leaders. You will see a demo of the 2022 CTC simplified filing portal (GETCTC.ORG), learn how it works, and hear best practices on effective outreach to eligible families.
