Recently Added CallHub Features:These features now make it easier for CC database managers to track and follow-up on calls to DA members. - We are now able to send an SMS/Text message directly to the member during or just after a call as a follow-up reminder message, or to reach someone who did not pickup the phone.
- Agents can now set a CALLBACK disposition to schedule a specific CallBack time when you can call the member at a time that is more convenient for them. The call will appear in your call queue if you are making calls at that time.
