In order to facilitate discussion and foster community growth in a productive manner, all DACN members are expected to adhere to the following rules.
- Abide by all WeChat rules. Any user of WeChat should always be aware of the app's rules and in regards to WeChat definitions of content constituting a violation.
- Make no posts or comments regarding our host country. US foreign policy will not be mentioned in WeChat groups, or any other DACN space, in accordance with Democrats Abroad communications rules.
- If such a post is made, a member will be warned via a private message, message in the group, or both. Said member is subject to removal either immediately, or if they continue the line of commentary which resulted in the initial warning. Removal can also occur if a member has violated the aforementioned rules on more than one occasion.
- Moderator rules for DACN WeChat spaces were suggested, received by the Leadership Board, and published prior to May 2021. Please note the suggested additions can be found on this Wiki space, alongside other rules, such as the official governing DA Code of Conduct and DACN Bylaws.
