Texas will hold a Democratic Primary to elect U.S. Representatives, Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Representatives, and State Senators. Read about all 2022 Texas Primary Candidates here.
Voters choosing "intend to return" are eligible to vote in Texas state elections. There is no set date of return or a set time frame, but voters must intend to return at some point in the future.
Voters choosing “return is uncertain” are not eligible to vote in Texas state elections, but are able to vote in federal elections for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Due to the pandemic, overseas voters are encouraged to request and return materials via email/online/fax. Ballots via email will be released January 15, 2022. Voters requesting emailed ballots should be sure to check spam/junk filters and secondary inboxes.
