To be a WebEx host with Democrats Abroad, you must participate in a short live training session with one a member of the DA WebEx volunteer team and then be able to carry out each of the following tasks:
Install WebEx onto your computer and do a minimal test
Schedule a meeting using the WebEx Scheduling Form
Explain to participants how to Join join a WebEx meeting
Reclaim the Host role in a meeting
Call Using using the Computer computer (audio speakers/mic)
Explain why we do not encourage phone dial-in calls
Turn your video on and off
Moderate with the "**Hand Up" chat protocol
Mute and Unmute unmute meeting participants
Pass the Presenter role to others and reclaim it
Share a document (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Share the view of a program from your desktop with participants
Recover the default screen layout
Review the /wiki/spaces/WebEx/pages/4891246889 info sheet
Record a meeting
End a meeting (and understand why this is important)

A Democrats Abroad Certified WebEx Host in the past Currently are a Certified certified Host but have not used WebEx to host meetings within the last 6 months OR have hosted less than 3 meetings in the last calendar year Utilizing other meeting platforms, especially in a more advanced capacity (30+ participants, breakout rooms, etc.)
