If you would like to have a easy Black caucus event, you can have a Black Panther viewing party. It's a really easy event to put together. Find a place, date and time to watch the film. Maybe have a dinner or drinks before hand. You can also easily turn this into a GOTV event like they did in the states and register people to vote.
When the film comes out on DVD and BluRay you can still have viewing party at someones home.
Our Shanghai chapter has an event like this planned. Here is the graphic they created and the original. They made the modifications in MS-paint. It's not too late to have an event like this because a lot of people are seeing this film multiple times.
