Problem

Meeting participant would like to access a recorded WebEx meeting.

Solution

Meetings must be specifically recorded during the meeting to be available later. Note: Meetings are "NOT" recorded by default
During the meeting, the HOST must ask if it's OK to record the meeting
If so, the HOST presses the RECORD button. The meeting will be recorded from that point forward. Audio, Video and chats
To access the recorded meetings send a request to webex@demsabroad.eu . Include the following
1. Meeting Number
2. Meeting date/time (In New York Timezone)
3. Meeting Title
4. Requester's name and email address

Recorded meetings are stored on the WebEx Server.
Links to both streaming and downloadable files are available from your WebEx administrator.
Please specify the date and topic of your meeting in your request.
A link for both download and streaming files will be sent to you.

To playback WebEx files downloaded files (.arf extension) install the webex player for your system. The players can be found here: http://www.webex.com/play-webex-recording.html
